Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law:

  • You may use your generated Output for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise stated in your plan
  • Output may not be unique and similar results may be generated for other users
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, printability, engineering quality, or fitness for any specific purpose

You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated Output.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any law or third-party rights
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Contains child exploitation material or abusive sexual content
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, harassment, or hate
  • Contains malware, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Attempts to generate illegal weapons or dangerous items

The Service may experience delays, maintenance, outages, model limitations, queue times, or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
